Add to that martial confusion and a few other issues and I really felt like the world was falling in on me. But mainly it was simple grief over losing so many people in my family.<BR/><BR/>I am lucky to have a free mental counseling at my work and I took full advantage of it. It only took about four sessions and I began to get my mental balance back.
